Dr Paul McCoy

Dr Paul McCoy is an exceptionally motivated and experienced Dentist, enthusiastic about helping you achieve the perfect smile.

Attaining a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney in 1978, Dr Paul McCoy has dedicated his working life to dentistry. Establishing his inner-city practice in 1984 and Lane Cove Dental Centre in 1985 Dr Paul McCoy has an abundance of dental knowledge and proficiency.

Practicing Dentistry for the past twenty-six years, Dr Paul McCoy places a strong emphasis on Minimally Invasive Dental Treatment, Orthodontics, Children’s Dentistry and Sleep Dentistry. Dr Paul McCoy is connected with several Dental Associations including both The Australian Dental Association and The Las Vegas Institute of Aesthetic Dentistry.

Dr Paul McCoy has embraced the most up-to-date dental technology and utilises innovative, modern equipment and treatments. His professional team is comprised of three Dental Nurses, Alicia, Karen and Zoe. The continuous education of staff provides the ultimate foundation for clinical success and patient well-being.

Although Dr Paul McCoy spends the majority of his time working within his two dental practices; he does have a life outside of dentistry. Dr Paul McCoy has a beautiful wife named Anna and four teenage boys. His sons attend the Local High School and keep him busy when he is at home. Dr Paul McCoy also enjoys playing a good round of golf.

Dr. Joel Kligman

Dr. Kligman has been practicing dentistry for more than 14 years. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1992 (with distinctions) and his postgraduate course in Prosthodontics (Crown and Bridge work, Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry) in 1996 in Columbia.

Upon graduation in 1996 he continued practicing as a Specialist and General Dentist until leaving his country in 1999. In 2001 he was accepted to complete the bridging program at Sydney University and obtained his second Bachelor degree as General Dentist. He has also participated in extensive continuing education and training to bring with him the most current knowledge in dental technology. He is a member of the ADA (Australian Dental Association), the AACD (American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry), the (ADC) Columbian Dental Association, and the (AAP) American Association of Prosthodontics.

Due to his passion for general dentistry he did not want to recognize his degree as a Specialist in Australia, which would limit his practice to the specialty only. Therefore he is practicing as a General Dentist, but also in special requested cases, with a focus on the creation of extreme dental makeovers for young and adult patients.

With his patient, calm personality, a gentle touch and dedicating enough time to each appointment, Joel is always willing to help patients with fear or anxiety about dentistry, for which he uses different approaches according to their different personalities.

Joels other passion and hobby is music, and will play your preferred music during your visit. He used to be a professional volley-ball player, but also plays soccer, golf, tennis, skiing and water skiing. Since living in Australia he enjoys watching footy and rugby.
